BPM at Suncorp - bridging the business to technology divide - one byte at a time

Abstract

Jamie Cornes is the Team Leader for Business Process Architecture at Suncorp. He leads a small team within IT that have been actively process modelling using ARIS since November 2004. Jamie will present his hypothesis of how business and technology work together drawing from his experience working at Suncorp and other large corporates. He will then go on to discuss how process modelling is being used to change this critical relationship at Suncorp.
